Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

 

Every piece is manufactured on demand after each artist release cycle. Overstock is never kept in inventory.

This means that we cannot take returns for refunds.

Exchanges can only be made in the following cases:

- Received the wrong piece.

- Defect in manufacturing.

Application must be made within 7 days of receipt.

The pieces should not have been worn or washed and should be in their original condition.

In case of approval, the exchange would only be allowed for size change or same piece if available.

Otherwise, store credits may be provided at our discretion.

Process for Requesting an Exchange

To request an exchange, please send an email to:

Include your:

- Order number.

- Issue description.

- Pictures (if any).

Final Sale:

All pieces are final sale unless they meet the criteria mentioned above.

Print variation, tonality, and placement differences are part of the manufacturing process and will not be treated as defects.
